I am runnng my first 5K on Saturday. I was going to run an 8K, but then my sanity returned.

ReplyDeleteGood Luck Shannon!! I remember running my first 5k. I did not realize how hilly La Mirada was! Whoops! But I finished. You can do it! Let me know if you want to do one together. I'm always looking for someone to run with. ;) There is one at Knott's April 18th. Let me know!
