About Me

Shannon: I'm a 30 ish year old mother of four who hits the ground running every morning. I hate going to the gym but say I love it so that people think I'm healthy. I sneak vegetables into my kids' food because that is easier than making them eat their vegetables. I let my daughters watch two -- okay, 6 -- episodes of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse a day instead of the one I told them originally because I am tired. My son still gets a bottle of milk at 3 in the morning because, come on, it's three in the morning. I am the finder of lost toys and missing shoes, the wiper of runny noses and messy hands, the cleaner of spills and messy rooms, the changer of dirty diapers and spit up clothes...and that is all before 8am in the morning. I am the giver of hugs and kisses, the praiser of scribbled drawings, and the happy face my kids can count on every day.
